Die Leiden des Nächsten auf sich nehmen
Wir können unseren Nächsten begegnen, indem wir in ihm das leidende Antlitz Jesu erkennen. Wir können uns wie Simon von Cyrene verhalten, der Jesus geholfen hat, das Kreuz nach Golgatha zu tragen und sein Leid auf sich genommen hat.
Anderen zu helfen, ihr Kreuz zu tragen, ist der Höhepunkt der Solidarität, der Superlativ der Nächstenliebe. Es ist das gleiche wie das Leben für seine Freunde zu geben. Und es gibt keine größere Liebe, als diese. (vgl. Joh 15,13)
Ich möchte nicht alleine vor Gott stehen. Ich möchte in der Gemeinschaft vieler Brüder im Paradies ankommen, denen ich geholfen habe, ihr Kreuz zu tragen. Und ich möchte gemeinsam mit jenen Brüdern, die mir geholfen haben, mein Kreuz zu tragen, ankommen. Kommen wir gemeinsam an, mit einem Herzen voller Dankbarkeit, und sagen wir Jesus: Danke, dass du uns gelehrt hast, das Leben füreinander zu geben.
HACERNOS CARGO DE LOS SUFRIMIENTOS DEL PRÓJIMO
Podemos ir al encuentro del prójimo reconociendo en él el rostro de Jesús que sufre. Podemos actuar como Simón el Cirineo, que lo ayudó a llevar la cruz hasta el Calvario, asumiendo el sufrimiento del mismo Cristo.
Ayudar al prójimo es cargar su cruz, es el ápice de la solidaridad, es lo máximo de la caridad. Es dar la vida por los amigos. Y no hay mayor amor que este. (Cf. Jn. 15,13)
No quiero llegar sólo ante Dios. Quiero llegar en compañía de muchos hermanos a quienes ayudé a cargar su cruz. Quiero llegar con hermanos que me ayudaron a cargar mi cruz.
Llegar juntos, con el corazón lleno de gratitud, y decirle a Jesús: Gracias por enseñarnos a dar la vida unos por los otros.
TAKE ON BOARD THE SUFFERINGS OF OTHERS
We can go to meet our neighbor by recognizing in him the face of Jesus who suffers. We can act like Simon the Cyrene, who helped him bring the cross to Calvary, taking upon himself the suffering of Christ.
Helping others carry their cross is the culmination of solidarity, it is the superlative of charity. It's the same as giving life for your friends. And there's no greater love than this. (Cf. Jn 15,13)
I don't want to come alone before God. I want to arrive in the company of many brothers whom I helped carry their own cross. I want to come along with brothers who helped me carry my cross.
Arrive together, with a heart full of gratitude, and say to Jesus: Thank you for teaching us to give our lives for one another.
CARICARSI DELLE SOFFERENZE DEL PROSSIMO
Possiamo andare incontro al prossimo riconoscendo in lui il volto di Gesù che soffre. Possiamo agire come Simeone, il Cireneo, che l'ha aiutato a portare la croce al Calvario, facendosi carico delle sue sofferenze.
Aiutare il prossimo a portare la sua croce è l'apice della solidarietà, è il superlativo della carità. È lo stesso che dare la vita per gli amici. E non c'è un amore più grande di questo. (Cf. Gv 15,13)
Non vorrei arrivare da solo davanti a Dio. Vorrei arrivare in compagnia di molti fratelli che ho aiutato a portare la propria croce. Vorrei arrivare insieme ai fratelli che mi hanno aiutato a portare la mia croce.
Arrivare insieme, con il cuore pieno di gratitudine, e dire a Gesù: Grazie per averci insegnato a dare la vita gli uni per gli altri.
TOMAR SOBRE SI O SOFRIMENTO DO PRÓXIMO
Podemos ir ao encontro do próximo reconhecendo nele o semblante de Jesus que sofre. Podemos agir como Simão, o Cireneu, que ajudou-o a levar a cruz até o Calvário, tomando sobre si o sofrimento do próprio Cristo.
Ajudar o próximo a carregar sua cruz é o ápice da solidariedade, é o superlativo da caridade. É o mesmo que dar a vida em favor dos amigos. E não há amor maior que esse. (Cf. Jo 15,13)
Não quero chegar sozinho diante de Deus. Quero chegar na companhia de muitos irmãos a quem ajudei a carregar a própria cruz. Quero chegar junto com irmãos que me ajudaram a carregar a minha cruz.
Chegar juntos, com o coração pleno de gratidão, e dizer a Jesus: Obrigado por nos ensinar a dar a vida uns pelos outros.
SE CHARGER DES SOUFFRANCES DU PROCHAIN
Nous pouvons aller à la rencontre du prochain en lui reconnaissant le visage de Jésus qui souffre. Nous pouvons agir comme Simon de Cyrène, qui l'a aidé à porter la croix au Calvaire, en se chargeant lui-même des souffrances du Christ.
Aider les autres à porter leur croix est l'aboutissement de la solidarité, c'est le superlatif de la charité. C'est comme donner sa vie à ses amis. Et il n'y a pas de plus grand amour que cela. (Cf. Jn 15,13)
Je ne veux pas aller tout seul à la rencontre de Dieu. Je veux arriver en compagnie de nombreux frères que j'ai aidés à porter leur croix. Je veux arriver avec des frères qui m'ont aidé à porter ma croix.
Arrivez ensemble, le cœur plein de gratitude, et dire à Jésus: "Merci de nous apprendre à donner la vie les uns pour les autres".
BIERZMY NA SIEBIE CIERPIENIA BLIŹNICH
Możemy wychodzić do bliźniego i dostrzegać w nim oblicze Jezusa cierpiącego. Możemy postępować jak Szymon Cyrenejczyk, który pomógł Jezusowi nieść krzyż na Kalwarię jakby biorąc na siebie Jego cierpienie.
Pomagać bliźniemu nieść jego krzyż jest szczytem solidarności, jest najwyższym wyrazem miłości. To tak, jakby oddać życie za przyjaciela. A nie ma miłości większej od tej (por. J 15, 13).
Nie chciałbym dojść do Boga w pojedynkę. Chciałbym tam dojść w towarzystwie moich braci, którym pomagałem nieść ich krzyże. Chciałbym tam dojść z braćmi, którzy mnie pomagali nieść moje krzyże.
Dojść tam razem z sercem przepełnionym wdzięcznością i powiedzieć Jezusowi: „Dzięki Ci, Panie, że nauczyłeś nas oddawać życie za siebie nawzajem”.
