Geduldig sein
Geduld kann ein Ausdruck von Liebe sein. In der Tat kann die Liebe alles was ich tue durchdringen, von den einfachsten Dingen an.
Wenn ich liebe, bin ich in allen Situationen geduldig. Geduldig mit mir selbst und mit anderen, indem ich meine ganze Aufmerksamkeit auf den gegenwärtigen Augenblick richte.
Wenn ich Geduld aus Liebe übe, kann ich Ängste und Erwartungen an die Zukunft überwinden.
Geduld kann auch ein Ausdruck meiner Liebe zu Gott sein, wenn ich abwarten kann; wenn ich erkenne, dass alles in seiner Hand liegt und der morgige Tag seine eigenen Sorgen haben wird (vgl. Mt 6,34).
Geduldig zu sein bedeutet, den gegenwärtigen Augenblick mit Intensität zu leben und das Gute zu tun, das Gott jetzt von mir verlangt.
SER PACIENTES
La paciencia puede ser una expresión de amor. De hecho, el amor puede impregnar todas mis acciones, desde las cosas más simples.
Cuando amo, soy paciente en cualquier situación. Paciente conmigo mismo y con los demás, centrando toda mi atención en el momento presente.
Cuando vivo la paciencia por amor, logro superar la ansiedad y las expectativas del futuro.
La paciencia también puede ser expresión de mi amor a Dios, cuando sé esperar su tiempo; cuando entiendo que el control de todo está en sus manos y el mañana tendrá sus propias preocupaciones (cf. Mt 6,34).
Ser paciente significa saber vivir el momento presente con intensidad, haciendo el bien que Dios me pide ahora.
BE PATIENT
Patience can be an expression of love. In fact, love can permeate all my actions, from the simplest things.
When I love, I am patient in the face of all situations. Patient with myself and others, focusing all my attention on the present moment.
When I live patience for love, I can overcome anxiety and expectation of the future.
Patience can also be the expression of my love for God, when I know how to bide his time; When I understand that the control of everything is in His hands and tomorrow will have its own worries (cf. Mt 6,34).
Being patient means knowing how to live the present moment with intensity, doing the good that God asks of me now.
ESSERE PAZIENTI
La pazienza può essere un'espressione d'amore. In effetti, l'amore può permeare tutto ciò che faccio, a partire dalle cose più semplici.
Quando amo, sono paziente in tutte le situazioni. Paziente con me stesso e con gli altri, concentrando tutta la mia attenzione sul momento presente.
Quando vivo la pazienza per amore, sono in grado di superare l'ansia e l'aspettativa del futuro.
La pazienza può essere anche un'espressione del mio amore per Dio, quando so aspettare il momento giusto; quando capisco che il controllo di tutto è nelle sue mani e che il domani avrà già le sue inquietudini (cf Mt 6,34).
Essere pazienti significa saper vivere con intensità il momento presente, facendo il bene che Dio mi chiede ora.
SER PACIENTE
A paciência pode ser expressão do amor. Aliás, o amor pode permear todo o meu agir, desde as coisas mais simples.
Quando amo, sou paciente diante de todas as situações. Paciente comigo mesmo e com os outros, concentrando toda a minha atenção no momento presente.
Quando vivo a paciência por amor, consigo vencer a ansiedade e a expectativa do futuro.
A paciência pode ser também a expressão do meu amor por Deus, quando sei esperar o Seu tempo; quando entendo que o controle de tudo está em Suas mãos e o dia de amanhã terá as suas próprias preocupações (cf. Mt 6,34).
Ser paciente significa saber viver o momento presente com intensidade, fazendo o bem que Deus me pede agora.
ÊTRE PATIENTS
La patience peut être une expression de l'amour. En fait, l'amour peut imprégner tout ce que je fais, depuis les choses les plus simples.
Lorsque j'aime, je suis patient dans toutes les situations. Patient avec moi-même et avec les autres, en concentrant toute mon attention sur le moment présent.
Lorsque je vis la patience par amour, je suis capable de surmonter l'anxiété et l'attente de l'avenir.
La patience peut aussi être l'expression de mon amour pour Dieu, quand je sais attendre le bon moment, quand je comprends que le contrôle de tout est entre ses mains et que demain aura ses propres soucis (cf. Mt 6,34).
Être patient signifie savoir vivre le moment présent avec intensité, en faisant le bien que Dieu me demande maintenant.
BĄDŹMY CIERPLIWI
Cierpliwość może być wyrazem miłości, bo faktycznie wszystko, co robię, nawet rzeczy najprostsze, mogę wypełnić miłością.
Kiedy miłuję, to w każdej sytuacji jestem cierpliwy tak wobec siebie jak i wobec innych i całą uwagę mogę skupić na chwili obecnej.
Kiedy z miłości staram się do wszystkiego podchodzić z cierpliwością, to jestem w stanie przezwyciężyć każdy niepokój i niepewność jutra.
Cierpliwość może być również wyrazem mojej miłości do Boga, kiedy umiem czekać na właściwy moment, kiedy wiem, że On panuje nad wszystkim i że jutrzejszy dzień sam o siebie martwić się będzie (por. Mt 6, 34).
Być cierpliwym to umieć żyć intensywnie chwilą obecną i czynić dobro, którego Bóg ode mnie w tej chwili się domaga.
