Aufmerksames Zuhören ist eine sehr wichtige Geste der Liebe. Die andere Person fühlt sich beachtet, geliebt und wertgeschätzt.

Hören wir aufmerksam zu, wenn jemand Dampf ablassen muss, um seinen Schmerz zu lindern, wenn jemand seine Gefühle mitteilen, seinen Zweifel klären will.

Hören wir auch aufmerksam zu, wenn jemand eine andere Meinung als ich vertritt oder mich kritisiert.

Aufmerksam zuzuhören bedeutet, in vollem Umfang zu lieben, denn in diesem Moment lebe ich durch mein Schweigen und mein Zuhören, für den Anderen.

Escuchar atentamente cuando el otro necesita desahogarse para aliviar su dolor, cuando quiere comunicar sus sentimientos, cuando quiere aclarar sus dudas.

Escuchar atentamente incluso cuando el otro expresa una opinión contraria o cuando hace una crítica.

Escuchar atentamente significa amar en la medida máxima, porque en ese momento, con mi silencio y mi escucha, vivo para el otro.

Ascoltare con attenzione anche quando l'altro esprime un'opinione contraria alla mia o mi critica.

Ascoltare con attenzione significa amare fino in fondo, perché in quel momento, con il mio silenzio e il mio ascolto, vivo per l'altra persona.

A escuta atenta é um gesto de amor muito importante. O outro se sente levado em consideração, amado e valorizado.

Escutar com atenção quando o outro necessita fazer um desabafo para aliviar a sua dor, quando quer comunicar os seus sentimentos, quando quer esclarecer as suas dúvidas.

Escutar com atenção mesmo quando o outro expressa uma opinião contrária à minha ou quando me faz uma crítica.

Escutar com atenção significa amar na medida máxima, pois naquele momento, com o meu silêncio e a minha escuta, vivo para o outro.

Écouter attentivement lorsque l'autre personne a besoin de se défouler pour soulager sa douleur, lorsqu'elle veut communiquer ses sentiments, lorsqu'elle veut clarifier ses doutes.

Écouter attentivement même lorsque l'autre personne exprime une opinion contraire ou vous critique.

Écouter attentivement, c'est aimer pleinement, parce qu'à ce moment-là, avec mon silence et mon écoute, je vis pour l'autre.

Słuchajmy z uwagą, gdy druga osoba musi dać upust emocjom, by ulżyć swojemu cierpieniu, gdy chce przekazać swoje uczucia, gdy szuka wyjaśnienia swoich wątpliwości.

Słuchajmy z uwagą także wtedy, gdy druga osoba wyraża poglądy sprzeczne z naszymi lub nas krytykuje.
