Voll und ganz im Jetzt leben
Es gibt nur einen Weg, um an einer positiven Zukunft zu bauen: den gegenwärtigen Augenblick vollständig zu leben. Zukunft ist nichts anderes als eine Vielzahl aufeinander folgender gegenwärtiger Augenblicke. Wir können nicht vorwegnehmen, was im Jetzt noch nicht Existent ist.
Der Willen Gottes kann nur jetzt, im gegenwärtigen Augenblick, gelebt werden.
Bauen wir eine sichere Zukunft auf, indem wir ganz in der Gegenwart leben, mit Körper und Seele, denn jeder Tag wird für sich selbst sorgen. (vgl. Mt 6,34)
Wenn wir heute gut leben, ist uns eine gute Zukunft garantiert.
Wir können nicht ins Gestern zurück, wir können auch nicht ins Morgen voraus. Um die Ungewissheit der Zukunft zu überwinden, haben wir nur das Heute.
Wir haben nur das Jetzt, um zu leben. Wir haben nur den gegenwärtigen Augenblick, um Gott und unsere Geschwister zu lieben.
VIVIR PLENAMENTE EL MOMENTO PRESENTE
Sólo hay una forma de construir un buen futuro: vivir plenamente el momento presente.
El futuro no es más que los momentos presentes que se suceden uno tras otro. No podemos vivir anticipadamente lo que aún no existe.
Si quisiéramos hacer la voluntad de Dios, sólo puede ser vivida ahora, en el momento presente.
Construir un futuro seguro viviendo plenamente el presente: de cuerpo y alma, porque a cada día le basta su afán. (Cf. Mt. 6,34)
Si vivimos bien hoy, tendremos un buen futuro garantizado.
No podemos volver al ayer, y al mañana no podemos ir todavía; por lo tanto, para vencer la inseguridad del futuro sólo tenemos el presente.
Sólo tenemos el ahora para vivir. Sólo tenemos el momento presente para amar a Dios y a nuestros hermanos.
LIVE THE PRESENT MOMENT FULLY
There is only one way to build a good future: to live the present moment fully.
The future is nothing more than the present moments that follow one after the other. We cannot live in advance what doesn't exist yet.
If we want to do God's will, it can only be lived now, in the present moment.
Build a secure future by living whole in the present: body and soul, because the eagerness of every day is enough for you. (Cf. Mt 6,34)
If we live well today, we will have a good future guaranteed.
We can not go back to yesterday, to tomorrow we can not go yet, therefore, to overcome the uncertainty of the future we only have today.
We only have now to live. We only have the present moment to love God and our brothers and sisters.
VIVERE CON PIENEZZA L'ATTIMO PRESENTE
C'è un solo modo per costruire un buon futuro: vivere pienamente il momento presente.
Il futuro non è altro che i momenti presenti che si susseguono. Non possiamo vivere in anticipo ciò che non esiste ancora.
Se vogliamo fare la volontà di Dio, essa può essere vissuta solo ora, nel momento presente.
Costruire un futuro sicuro vivendo nel presente completamente: corpo e anima, perché ad ogni giorno basta il suo affanno. (Cf Mt 6,34)
Se viviamo bene oggi, avremo un buon futuro garantito.
Non possiamo tornare a ieri e non possiamo già andare a domani. Quindi, per superare l'incertezza del futuro abbiamo solo oggi.
Abbiamo solo l'adesso per vivere. Abbiamo solo l'attimo presente per amare Dio e i fratelli.
VIVER PLENAMENTE O MOMENTO PRESENTE
Só há um modo para construir um bom futuro: viver plenamente o momento presente.
O futuro nada mais é do que os momentos presentes que se sucedem um após o outro. Não podemos viver antecipadamente o que ainda não existe.
Se quisermos fazer a vontade de Deus, ela só pode ser vivida agora, no instante presente.
Construir um futuro seguro vivendo por inteiro no presente: de corpo e alma, porque a cada dia basta o seu afã. (Cf. Mt 6,34)
Se vivermos bem o hoje, teremos um bom futuro garantido.
Ao ontem não podemos voltar, ao amanhã não podemos ir ainda. Portanto, para vencer a incerteza do futuro só temos o hoje.
Só temos o agora para viver. Só temos o momento presente para amar a Deus e aos irmãos.
VIVRE PLEINEMENT LE MOMENT PRÉSENT
Nous n'avons qu'un moyen pour construire un bon futur: vivre pleinement le moment présent.
L'avenir n'est plus que les moments présents qui se succèdent. Nous ne pouvons pas vivre d'avance ce qui n'existe pas encore.
Si nous voulons faire la volonté de Dieu, elle ne peut être vécue que maintenant, dans le moment présent.
Construire un avenir sûr en étant complètement dans le présent: corps et âme, car à chaque jour suffit ses propres soucis. (Cf. Mt 6,34)
Si nous vivons bien aujourd'hui, nous aurons un bon avenir garanti.
À hier nous ne pouvons pas revenir, à demain nous ne pouvons pas encore aller, donc, pour surmonter l'incertitude du futur nous ne connaissons qu'aujourd'hui.
Il ne nous reste que maintenant à vivre. Nous n'avons que le moment présent pour aimer Dieu et les frères.
ŻYJMY CHWILĄ OBECNĄ NA CAŁEGO
Jest tylko jeden sposób na to, by zbudować sobie dobrą przyszłość:
żyć na całego chwilą obecną.
Przyszłość nie jest niczym innym jak następującymi po sobie chwilami obecnymi.
Nie możemy żyć z wyprzedzeniem tym, czego jeszcze nie ma.
Jeśli chcemy pełnić wolę Bożą, to możemy to czynić tylko teraz, w chwili obecnej.
Zbudujemy bezpieczną przyszłość, jeśli chwilą obecną będziemy żyć na sto procent:
z ciałem i duszą, bo „dosyć ma dzień swojej biedy” (Mt 6, 34).
Jeśli dobrze przeżyjemy dzień dzisiejszy, to będziemy mieli zagwarantowaną dobrą przyszłość.
Nie możemy się cofnąć do dnia wczorajszego ani nie możemy wybiec do dnia jutrzejszego.
Tak więc tylko dzisiaj możemy pokonać niepewność przyszłości.
Mamy tylko tę chwilę, żeby żyć; tylko w tej chwili możemy miłować Boga i braci.
